Please note mattresses once opened can not be returned.If you wish to return a Mattress in its original packaging a €49 collection fee will apply.In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect with your mattress all our suppliers have warranties in place.Faith & Ethan,Respa Beds,King Koil.

You can visit their websites in relation to their warranty policies.All our bases and Headboards are made to order and cannot not be returned under any circumstances please take your time when choosing your colour and style.This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery Information

Ambassador Beds & Furniture Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss or damages caused during the delivery process. By allowing our employees or any representative of the company onto your premises the customer is accepting full responsibility without restriction for any loss or damage to their premises or their person.

Specifically it is at your own risk that you permit our company representatives onto your premises.Goods will be brought upstairs upon customer request,again at customer's risk.This is inline with general delivery insurance policies in Ireland. If you are uncomfortable with this, please don't proceed with your purchase.
